Returns, exchanges or refunds

We have a rigorous purchase process that involves you taking the time to review the product in detail before buying.

This purchase process involves us sharing high-resolution photos and videos from all possible angles and as much information as possible to enable you make an informed decision.

Upon receipt of the items, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

This process is important so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is identified as valid, you’ll be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

The only requirement being that the items is in the same condition you received it.

It must have a proof of purchase for validation in our system.

For orders within Kenya, you have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

While for orders outside Kenya, you have 15 working days from the date you received them.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and whether you’ve qualified for the refund or exchange.

Note: Refunds will only be issued within 15 days via the original payment method.
